Q: Can I read/watch/listen on my internet-capable mobile device?
A: Yes! Whether you have an iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, or other device, you can access everything we offer.

Q: I want to download an mp3 to my mobile device, but it won't let me!
A: Some mobile devices (iPhones and iPads most notably) don't let you download directly to them. The good news is you can stream the mp3 easily. You're more than welcome to download the mp3 to a computer too - we give you three days to make that happen after purchase.

Q: Did you know the sidebar for the e-courses are at the bottom of the screen on my tablet and phone, but not my computer?
A: Yep! Since some mobile devices have small screens, we decided to shift the sidebars to the bottom to maximize your reading space.

Q: I bought one of the on-demand offerings but I don't know what to do next? Where is it?
A: After your purchase, you will be brought directly to where you can read/watch/listen/download. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes the Internets don't cooperate, which is why we have a backup! Check the email address associated with your PayPal purchase - you should receive a link there that will get you set. If you still can't figure things out, email us and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to help.

Q: I'm having trouble accessing an e-course I purchased.
A: Technically not a question, but definitely an issue! Email us and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to help.

Q: Where are the Tranquil Space TV podcasts?
A: All Tranquil Space TV podcasts are at tranquilspace.tv and available through iTunes.

Q: How do I listen to the mp3s or video files?
A: Never fear; super simple - click and voilà! Many of you will want to add the mp3s you download to iTunes so you can play them on your iOS device. Adding an on-demand mp3 to iTunes is easy: here's how. For video, another great option that works on all platforms is the free VLC application.

Q: I ordered and haven't heard anything?
A: We use PayPal for our transactions and you should receive an email with all of the relevant instructions within a few minutes of purchase. Two issues that pop up most: (1) your PayPal account uses an email address you moved from awhile ago (remember that Yahoo account?) or (2) your email client thinks we're spam and your login or download instructions got caught in your spam filter. If neither of these things apply, email us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
